- Services: Site survey, planning drawings and full building drawings
- Design: The extension is designed to fit well with the complex dwelling which has been extended twice before.
- Materials: A mixture of modern and traditional materials and building techniques were specified to allow the new extension to meet modern requirements but not look out of place.
